How we handle the human voices you hear around here
Every joke, story and expression you hear on magikitos.com comes from a real person. We never use synthetic voices to replace what the community brings in.
The audio is recorded right here, in the Estudio, in the dictionary form and in the guardian Magikito's chat, and it only stays published if it meets what we promise on this page.
You record your joke, your story or that expression from your land from the browser, without installing anything: the Estudio for long audio, and the dictionary form or the guardian's chat for expressions. Those are the three doors in.
When you publish, every audio goes through an automatic check that sets aside what does not fit, and it lands with your handle visible next to the piece. Then we go over it by hand: whatever does not meet what we promise here, we take down.
We reject anything offensive, discriminatory, manipulated or clearly machine-generated. Same for content that obviously is not yours (copied audios, dubs of someone else, stuff without your authorship).
We never use cloned voices or synthesised audio in community jokes, stories or expressions. The point is precisely that it is your real voice, with your accent and your way of telling it.
If we find out an audio was generated with AI or manipulated to imitate someone else, we take it down without notice.
The illustrations on jokes, the story covers and the sound effects in the Studio library can be AI-generated. Voices, never.
When you publish an audio you accept that it stays on magikitos.com (and, if it's a story, on our podcast too) with your Magikito name and handle as visible authorship. You remain the owner of your voice and your content.
We do not sell the audios. We do not pass them to third parties. We do not train AI models with them.
