How to play
There is no tutorial because none is needed.

Tap to go Tap the ground and the brownie walks there, dodging whatever is in the way. Tap something to use it, or someone to talk.

Move your finger to walk Put your finger anywhere and move it: the brownie walks that way, like an arrow key. Pinch to zoom in or out.

Keyboard, if you have one Arrow keys or WASD to move, space to run or row faster.
The forest looks after itself
No moderators, no control panels: the forest is regulated by the world and by its people.
Building costs more where there is already a lot
Every tile of path is paid in gravel and every tile of fence in twigs, and the price doubles each time the clearing is a little more covered. The builder trades gravel at his warehouse, five mushrooms a sack. It never says no: it simply stops being worth it.
The grass comes back
A stretch of path nobody walks grows over on its own, from the ends inwards. Paths people use stay; whims fade. A dying path is saved by walking it.
The little bomb
Removing what someone else built is a story: a little bomb with a message, a five-hour fuse and someone passing by with pliers who gets to decide. Both are earned through challenges, one of each per person, in different parts of the forest.

You walk in without signing up: choose your brownie and the game saves in your browser. With a Magikitos account it saves to the cloud and you can build on the public map.
No fights, no lives, no timers. For little ones, and for grown-ups who want to get lost for a while.
