What it means
A playful catchphrase for behaving in a tasteful, modest, considerate way, usually said with a wink while doing something only mildly demure. It is mock-classy, the verbal equivalent of fluttering your eyelashes about how very demure, very mindful you are being.

It blew up from Jools Lebron's 2024 TikTok videos where she described polished, workplace-appropriate styling as very demure, very mindful. People ran with the phrase almost instantly, using it half sincere and half wink-wink to hype up tiny acts of fake elegance, self-control, or performative classiness online.
