"not me, um, very similar to not the, but this is more personal, like you are basically making fun of yourself for doing something, but like, you know, in a lighthearted way. Basically you're self-aware of like an embarrassing moment, so you're just, you know, picking at yourself for it in like a funny way. An example would be, oh my god, not me wearing two left shoes"

What it means

You say this when you're lightly roasting yourself for doing something embarrassing, awkward, or a bit stupid. It's a very online way to clock your own nonsense before anyone else does, usually right before saying exactly what you did. The whole vibe is self-aware, dramatic, and funny, not serious self-hate.
