"Flatlining someone, meaning to knock them out cold. Oh my god dude, did you see Olivera vs Teporia? No, who won? Dude, Teporia flatlined Olivera bro. I'm so heartbroken."
What it means
Means knocking someone out cold, usually in a fight or any brutal one sided hit where the other person just gets switched off. It borrows the image of a flatline on a heart monitor, so the exaggeration is baked in from the start. Very combat sports coded, very online, and absolutely not subtle when you want maximum impact.
