What it means
A brutally direct way to tell someone to get lost, shut up, or stop sticking their nose where it does not belong. It is pure verbal napalm, usually thrown when patience is dead and civility has packed a bag. Not playful unless everyone is very close and very cheeky. Otherwise, it lands hard.

"You dumped her, borrowed money, then asked for a favour? Man, go fuck yourself. You must be outta your damn mind."
"I asked him nicely three times to stop, so in the end I just told him to go fuck himself."
"She read the rude comment, typed go fuck yourself, and logged off for the day."
