"Heavy on the blank. It's basically used when you know you're emphasizing something, you're heavy on it, making a point, whatnot. An example would be, okay girl, I see you got face wash, toner, moisturizers, sunscreen, all these serums, you are heavy on the self-care."
What it means
Used to put extra emphasis on whatever comes after it. It is the loud marker pen version of making a point, whether you are praising a habit, backing a mood, or stressing a pattern. The blank changes every time, but the energy stays certain, supportive, and just a little bit dramatic in the best way.
Usage examples
"New planner, gym bag, vitamins, sleep mask, candles, you are heavy on the reset this semester and honestly we respect it."
